Two Housing Associations in the West Midlands are introducing Rent to Buy schemes (also known as Flexibuy or Try before you Buy).  The exact details of these schemes vary but they  both allow you to rent a property first with the option to buy at a later date.  Eligibilty criteria are the same as those for other schemes (see Am I Eligible?)
